Beautiful! This is ***HOME*** Staging makes ALL the difference. I went to an open house yesterday to a tiny builder in Florida..they had 3 lovely homes on display. None staged. Would have made a big difference in helping me envision myself living in a home much smaller than my own.

@@joanpotanko6351 No..this home which I love as well is NOT in Florida…I commented I toured three tinys in Florida…empty…no staging..and I found myself having a very difficult time envisioning myself and my belongings in that home. Much like touring model homes that are furnished..they are far more appealing than four blank walls and no furniture.

LOVE this model - the beautiful wood inside is right up my alley. However, I need a tiny home without stairs and without a loft. Ground level or perhaps a low ramp or only one entry step with a large front porch, space for a small office, larger bathroom and a large farm sink in the kitchen. Would love to have a way to order a tiny home a la carte, so to speak. Like putting various puzzle pieces together to come up with the perfect personal design. 😃

I have come to the conclusion tiny homes communities with paved roads, concrete pads, grass, and trees, clubhouse and complementary designs will have a much better chance of approval. There must be standardization and regulation to assure future success. Ideally lots could be owned, this would be a real help to tiny home owners.

You can literally buy and set up a 1600 sq ft double wide home for this price. And you can buy a piece of land for less than the price of lot rent out there. I get that this is what some people want... to be smushed up each others cans in a tiny commune with yards the size of a small home in a box the size of an average living room with neighbors that can hear you fart and you can't walk outside to enjoy fresh air without acknowledging everyone else in the rest of the commune, that are most likely lefty's but I just don't see any positive sides to that.
