A different rider and so different sounds - the breathing and braking, made it more visceral for me. Also, I loved the juxtaposition of the hurtling descent so close to the edge, and the gentle, contemplative tempo of the music.

@@s_cycle1921 Yea i have a 50 up front. There isn't a ton of clearance but its always dry and dusty out here so its not a problem. If i was riding in mud I would use a smaller tire for sure.

The gravel bike is way faster on those road segments. The xc bike would be faster on those dirt sections, but fun is subjective.
