in the peak of vert in the 80s hoffman always finished behind dominguez, wilkerson, and white. he was good but overhyped because he was young enough to transition to xgames when the other guys didnt. they do the same with tony hawk

@@game-sheriff in the doc they claim MH went from AM to pro and dominated, sorry but that is just simply horsesh!t. vert continued to be dominated by dominguez, wilkerson, and white. you were not there, i was. MH was bad ass, and dominated xgames later on. i like that bike he built with the little motor trying to break the air record, didnt work but still cool as hell. he was an awesome vert guy, accomplished many things, why not judge him on his merits , no need to make things up and exaggerate. thats all i am saying. edit - one more thing, MH had lots of heart and passion for the sport.
