Might be easier just to fill the hole with epoxy glue, oil the screw driver before sticking it in though. But great idea!

It will be necessary to find a way so that the screwdriver does not stick, because the epoxy glue is very strong and it will be difficult to detach the screwdriver when the glue dries,I can't tell if putting oil on the screwdriver worked. Also I don't know if it tightens the screwdriver enough because the epoxy glue doesn't have elasticity like silicone does. It would be worth a test, thanks.

I think you should consider making a custom made adapter kit and market it for this purpose (kind of like fire fly)

It's a tiny magnet,i think it's 1.5mmx3mm.Of course you can use any size of magnet that you have available,if fit into the adapter, thanks.

I am not sure the hot glue will stay in there for more than a few weeks

I have tested it for the last two months and it has remained in place for now, if it comes off easily you can reattach it. You need to be careful when you pull out the screwdriver to remove it for the first time, once the glue has dried, thank you.
