The other benefit over the standard Swiss clip is that this clip allows for easy access to the tweazers.

I use nite eyes hip clip stainless steel stick on clip. It’s thin and easy to install on anything. Just peel and stick.

Nice find! And I’m definitely with ya on the SwissQlip. I bought two and installed them and was immediately unhappy with them. While they looked great and appeared to be very innovative, the top part of it was too close to the clip and would not allow pocket material to go all the way in. So, I took it off and bent it away from the knife and then bent the bottom back towards the scale to allow more room. Of course, it did not go at all like I planned, but got it to work. 😁 This appears to be a way better design.

Does it dig into the scales? I bought and returned the Swiss clip because when using the flat head it would gouge the scale and was hard to open and close flat head. Wondering how this clip is holding up

My clip doesn’t seem to fit as tight to the scale as yours does. There’s quite a gap between it and the knife scale. I thought of bending it more to make it fit tighter but don’t want to ruin it. I could send it back to amazon and exchange it for another one. Any thoughts? 0:18

Bro...swissqlip=swiss clip, and the reason the other didnt fit your compact is it needs a 91mm 3 layer knife to install it. Hope that helped

Alox models are 93mm and don't have tools on the opposite side, which means there won't be a slot between the liners for that small part to slip in-between so I doubt it'll work

Hm, it looks good. I believe it should be much more convenient than swiss qlip. All we need to wait for some aftermarkrket solution for one hand opening and locking on 91 mm models😂

The Swiss qlip is garbage. It makes getting to the tweezers very hard. You have to use the toothpick to open them. It digs into your scales which gouges them. I learned that the hard way. And the fitment is terrible. The base of it sticks about 1/16th of an inch off of the handle scale. This is definitely the better of the 2 options. Also, I put some blue loctite on mine and I recommend everyone else to do the same. It’s held on by only 2 screws and you really do not want them to come undone.
