@@petharaguruge2023 tis true, what you say. But then, honestly, the only true solution is to abandon the known law, and leave it open. Every law degree begins by wanting to defend the truth, and save lives from disingenuous accusers, blah blah. They never mention how many of those get people off such as OJ Simpson. But it doesn't matter. Asking someone to knowingly shift the conversation and lie even, while holding prestidigitation, is unacceptable to me. You will always have winners and wrongful losers. Always. But we seem to think that an existence of perfectly flawless is a reality to strive for when, unfortunately, it's not a reality that can be achieved. We accept our fate. Some need to make the decision for others trepidation, but that choice begins with the individual. It is beyond rare that these days there is a capital punishment wrongfully carried out. Death Row need be for the worst, and we need to reform sentencing. Stop giving multi life terms. Like that parkland kid, not putting him down opens the future to loophole roping, new sympathetic judge in a decade let's him out on fake reformation and he again hears the voices or whatever bs he claims. We can't be perfect, but we can give ourselves the strongest chance to attempt in acquiring perfection. I understand the pain of wrongfully accused situation, but we can't be hung by those choices. We all believe in prosperity. It's not fair, it's never kind, but our reaction can be both

@@petharaguruge2023 this was not the case here
@petharaguruge20232 жыл бұрын
@@Abundantone444 obliviously not, that was not my point, it was the fact that unfortunately in our law system we have many people that are falsely accused of crimes everyday especially people of color, and about 10% of all convicted criminals may be innocent of their crimes, now that is a small number but still those people don't deserve to be there either, and it is a defense attorney's job to help the innocent being wrongfully accused. It is the reason why every criminal is given a attorney to make sure that it is a fair trial and prove without a reasonable doubt that they are guilty. Unfortunately not everyone can afford to be a real life Phoenix Wright, not all people that are accused for crimes are innocent, and attorneys have to make money in some way so not every client they defend is innocent, the real world doesn't work that way.

Hi Anna! I’m a new subscriber and I absolutely love your channel and content!! I have a question, though. Please don’t take it as a negative or a criticism because it is neither of those things. I just need help understanding… How do you choose what words or phrases you bleep out? It seems a video I watched today edited the word “abuse” in the term “child abuse” yet, “first degree murder” was not bleeped. Does it have to do with KZbin terms? Is it personal choice? I just found it curious, that’s all. Like I said, I love your channel and content! ☺️ I mean only nice things.

Or something much worse than an easy way out. LIFE in maximum solitary. Never to see or hear any sign of life ever again. His cell should be small. No mattress, no kind of entertainment. No windows. He'll never know if it's day or night. And never hear or see the guards as they will remain silent and hidden.

The idea that this monster could be turned out on the streets when he is only in his 40s is a deeply disturbing prospect.
