Very unlikely. Even if a robotic mechanism might theoretically be able to withstand the monstrously immense pressure of the Uranus gasseus/liquid environment and even manages to land on its rocky bottom, it will never be able to transmit any information. The gargantuan electromagnetic phenomena will make sure of that.

In a classic astronomer move, the "ice" in an "ice giant" isn't actually ice in the colloquial sense. It refers to chemical compounds that melt above around 100 Kelvin, regardless of whether they're actually solid. See also "metal", a category which, for an astronomer, generally includes all elements heavier than helium.

@@erk9822 it's true, it was a French astronomer who discovered that using only Newtonian Mechanics of planets, his name is now embedded on the tour Eiffel btw. Then they noticed Mercury had similar issues of not being correctly in line with what the model said it should be. They tried a bunch of things even searching for an inner planet "Vulcan", never found. Ultimately this was incorrect as Einstein proved it was due to mercury being the closest to the most massive thing in the solar system ,the Sun , experiences delays in its orbit because of general relativity. I'm too amazed by how much these scientists achieved sitting on their desks pen and paper in hand.

My favorite fact about Uranus is that it “rolls on its side like a barrel.” I find that analogy perfect. It’s vivid, memorable, kinda fun and best of all simple. Once you can picture a barrel being rolled on its side you never forget that Uranus does the same.

Incomplete collection: 0:26 Stick with me on this journey and we will explore almost everything you could want to know about Uranus. 1:06 Uranus is also very special in the way it rotates and orbits. 2:31 What's really interesting about Uranus is its rotation. 2:41 Not Uranus, no. Uranus has fallen over and is rolling instead 3:51 Uranus rotates once every 17 hours and 14 minutes. 4:32 Although it is generally accepted that a large earth-sized planet crashed into Uranus. 4:42 How big actually is Uranus? 5:41 To call Uranus a gas giant is a bit disingenuous 5:56 most of the mass of Uranus being in this core and mantle. 6:10 It's this methane that gives Uranus its aquamarine or cyan colour. 6:59 and they are thought to only be 600 million years old, much younger than Uranus. 7:59 Uranus has only been visited by a spacecraft once. 8:19 When Hubble was launched it also had to look at Uranus. 8:44 Overall Uranus has 27 known moons. 11:05 Finally let's explore Uranus' climate 11:48 Storms are relatively rare on Uranus. 12:21 And another unique feature of Uranus its unusual magnetosphere. 13:12 There we have it: Almost everything you could want to know about the fascinating world of Uranus. Feel free to add!
