Psychedelic Rock, Acid Rock, Space Rock, Progressive Rock, Neo-psychedelic... it has many names and branches. You'll find similar sounds in pre-Darkside Pink Floyd early and live Doors recordings and some similar sounds in Hendrix and Led Zepplin songs. Just step back to 60's and 70's rock and you'll find lots of good stuff there and some 90's and 2000's stuff too!
