Yeah, they are to hardcore with the whole game. Grounded has structural stuff too, but it doesn't go overboard with it and allows you to build freely to your hearts content. That said, the structure being hardcore is not the only thing preventing "fun" for me in Valheim.

HOLY $#%&. My mouth was slack and hanging open through most of this. Thats some seriously good creativity there even if using mods. One of the best builds Ive ever seen. This looks like it could and should be the base of a boss with ice and undead monsters roaming inside.

I've got over 4,000 hours in Valheim. This is mind blowingly gorgeous. I can't wait to use it for inspiration. I don't think I could build something of that scale because my frame rates would puke, but the ornate windows and detail are spectacular.

I wish this kinds of builds were actually able to be done in base game survival. I hate that you can't build structures that tall and they haven't added anything that can really decently increase the height. Even Iron gates only get you to build a 4 story tall building of stone.

Yep because the portal goes to another “DoomKeep” but it’s under the ocean off the edge of the world in what’s known as the “build desert” lol … killed me and a buddy too, went back through in god mode to retrieve our stuff and figured out where the other portal went to. Nasty trick Dhakhar ! 😉
