Ed Fuckin Harsh and some guy named Marc Fucking Ford, i can watch these all night...Dreams is 19 minutes of gold in this show...I am so glad I got to see them live many times in every era of this band since SHAMC, well except maybe not so much the Jackie Greene era, no knock on him any energy left in the band was gone by then...loved the shows I saw with Luther on lead and one of the best shows I saw of theirs was on the Lions tour with Audley at The Pageant in St. Louis only time I saw them play How Much For Your Wings live think they ended the show with Can't You Hear Me Knocking, but the 90's shows with Marc and Chris's voice not being damaged yet were the best well at least what I can remember of them we usually ate mushrooms so those shows are hit and miss in the memory bank...BTW someone had a huge video camera set up at that Lion's show in St. Louis, so someone has it somewhere...maybe

Met him and Steve Gorman outside the back of the venue before the show on the Amorica tour. Chris and Rich were fighting, and one was on the bus, the other backstage, and both were refusing to even do a sound check together, so the other guys were zipping between the two trying to fix things Ford was totally wasted, out of his head. Brilliant. Me and my girlfriend (at the time) saw him and got him for an autograph and photo. I was getting the camera while she was asking if he would take a pic with her. As I was digging out the camera, he held out his hand, so humble (and stoned), he didn't even realise it was HIM we wanted the photo of. He was reaching for the camera because he thought we were asking him to take a pic of me and her together. I was laughing so hard. "No you wasted lunatic, you're the rock star, it's you we want in the picture if that's ok?", and he just says "Oh, right, I got it. Hehehe, yeah sure". And he put his arm around my girl (I could see her getting turned on immediately, she had a huge thing for him, and I didn't mind that really) and took a great picture. His eyes barely open, his mouth sloped into a slack smile, all his stage clothes on, looking like the coolest motherfucker in the whole city. Don't know what happened to the pic. I think about it from time to time, and try to hope that she still has it, wherever she is. And that maybe she looks at it from time to time and remembers that despite how we ended, we do share some real cool memories of shit like that. Marc Ford....

@@seaoharewhy I know right? Met Lars Ulrich a couple years before, he was just the opposite, assuming everyone wanted his autograph. I'm not into Metallica at all, he just stepped in front of me backstage at Donington Monsters of Rock in 1991, held out his hands expecting me to pass him a pad and pen for his autograph. I said "what you doing?", he said "you want my autograph don't you?", so I just said "No, I want to go for a piss and the toilets are up here", and he goes "Don't you know who I am?", I said "Yeah, that prick drummer from Metallicrap", and he was proper stunned. I just said "Now fuck off out my way, I need to piss", and barged past him. He didn't like that at all. They had just made it mega huge with the release of enter sandman on single, and they were at their most famous right then, he didn't expect me to do that at all. Everyone I met from the Crowes over the years have been super cool, super friendly. But gutted I never managed to meet Chris or Rich.
