Everyone comments about Luther Dickinson, but Sven Pipien is a great addition to the band. His backing vocals compliment Rich's backing vocals really well, he's a talented bass player, and most importantly, he's a nice guy. Given the Robinson brothers' issues, they needed nice people that they could rely on and following the 2005/2006 reunion, Sven has been loyal to them ever since. But yeah, the Luther Dickinson era of The Black Crowes is unbelievable!

Great stuff. I've loved The Black Crowes the second I heard Shake your Money Maker in 1990. Still killing it. I love that they treat the backup singers as part of the band (not some separate element). That is so cool.

Badass all-time rock anthem at track 5 - even the title is hip - Rich's guitar parts and Chris's Paul Rogers-meets-Mitch Ryder vocals - fantastic - there's all kinds of melody Chris calls out the vocals as high counterpoint - & melody used to be where the French were at
