You have barely listened to the music, decided they were deathcore based on the fact that elitist pricks call them deathcore because they aren't 40 years old with long hair and entombed shirts. Sorry mate, but they are a melodic death metal band and they are one of the heaviest and most technical bands that has reached wide publicity. Trevor writes better lyrics than any death metal vocalist i've read from (his lyrics are like the diary of an extremely intelligent yet socially awkward serial killer lol), and Brian is one of the best songwriters in modern death metal. Go listen to any of their most recent albums, i mean PROPERLY listen, not just look for a "breakdown" (which for this band is a fast slam) to prove your pathetic point right. Don't be so scared of the elitists, man :) Death metal is about freedom, and if you let the elitists control you, it's no different than walking into a Christian church and being frightened by the Priest's nonsense. By the way, warped tour was a joke for them. They do have the metalcore/deathcore crossover thing with their modern sound, so it was an experiment to get more fans from that fanbase. End long ass reply lol.
