@kryptonickraze The key that is eluding you is an octave pedal. What it does is take the note you're playing, and reproduces it, usually 2 octaves down. Jimi Hendrix used it... Jack White has made a living off it. My favorite one is the MXR Blue Box. Go check it out. It's a crazy little box. A lot of fun. I've never heard an effect pedal with half the personality of that little box!

when I told a buddy of mine that I was into the White Stripes a few years ago...he turned me on to the Black Keys...they are so f'n awesome! I am FINALLY getting to see them on Jan1st...can not wait... That said...I like both bands, but the Black keys have a gritty, dirty, low-down sound that is undeniable...they ROCK

It's good to see the blues getting some sort of recognition again these days, Obviously nothing compared to the British blues scene back in the late 60's when Blues was heavily popular among the youth of the day. I like what I hear, I don't enjoy that particular form of drumming but I can see how one could and all the power to him. Good show

I can see why someone would say it sounds like Hendrix. It's in the same vein of that type of rock and roll. I respect this band for playing true blues in a time when music has reached an all time low. I like their new sound on Attack & Release. They stick to their formula but also add some trippy, dynamic touches to it.

I grew up on the south side kinda near the Summit Lake. Kenmore area. Northwest side of Kenmore. Dont swim in it. Akron fire does regular dives in it for bodies. Akron rocks. Great down town. Great food. Luigi's is the best. The west side is beautiful. Stan Hewet mansion is awesome. Very snowy winters though.
