Like crouching in a window, bus in nuketwon, etc. But no.. it had to be the enemy behind cover and what was considered cover or not was a flip of a coin. BO4 diamond is the best diamond camo to this day, at first you needed the 25 oe 30 killstreak to get the reactive part but they changed it so it was just 25/30 total kills and it was so clean looking. Im really hyped for this COD and hope it lives up to the hype

I know this is an old video, but at 4:10 you discuss how shocking it is that they’re dialling back on the retention farm and that there must be a caveat. There is, they’re doubling down. Why have 0.01% of players no life the game for a couple weeks when the ‘mastery grind’ can just be a participation trophy that gets easier every year. The grind is now far more attainable than ever, enticing more people than ever to spend more time playing the game. It is philosophically identical to sbmm, in that they don’t care how much the top 1% plays, they care how much everyone else is.

I would grind one gold camo on zombies everyday. Took me like 4-5 hours to get it gold due to having it to level 55 to unlock all camos to get gold. I’m glad the camos aren’t locked behind weapon levels. Bo6 ima grind for both zombies and multiplayer mastery camos, since it’ll be faster now

Seems like it’ll be like BO2.. in regards to the “9 military camo styles” that progress linearly X amount of head shots for the first 9-10 camos, then complete 2 challenge specific camos to unlock gold challenge. Then you unlock the “plat” challenge once all guns are gold. Etc. (up to mastery) Edit: (normally) by the time you get the headshots done the gun is max anyways 🤷🏼‍♂️ we’ll see soon.

Hot take: I think the MP camos outside of the dark spine camo, are boring. Dark matter is cool until you grind for it for the 4th year in a row as a Treyarch fan. They should've introduced a new camo like IW and SHG usually does. I love the Zombies camos because they are new and Afterlife being a mastery camo is a perfect idea. Should've done it with Weaponized 115 as well

My only complaint with the mastery camos is why I always end up running a camo like Obsidian. I love my camos to cover the entire weapon i hate when the mag and other parts dont have the camo. It throws the look off for me, idk.. Dark Matter looks amazing, and so does Abyss. Nebula is my least favourite, so I might go for that 1st. Taking away weapon levels is good. I wanted a year to try and relax 😂.
