@@stockbrokermikel Real Talk In terms of study Material Charles Mills writes well in his 1997 text as does George Subira in 1996. In terms of the ink perhaps explore: Anatomy of female power: A Masculinist Dissection of Matriarchy (1990) Chinweizu The Forms of Power: From Domination to Transformation (1990) By Thomas E. Wartenberg. www.academia.edu/1099381/The_forms_of_power It ought to be remembered that "The basic tool for the manipulation of reality is the manipulation of words. If you can control the meaning of words, you can control the people who must use them." This gem might also help correct distorted perceptions: Women on the Couch: An Analysis of Female Psychopathology (1987) Pacheco, Claudia Read "The Silent War"(1998) by Frank Furedi along with "The Racial Contract"(1997) by Charles Mills I also link in these two Frank Wilderson clips kzbin.info/www/bejne/l4qzZ6l7rbelfLs Alongside Tommy Curry he is altering the conversational landscape kzbin.info/www/bejne/aaHOdXRnbpx9bck There is also this longer essay on black nationalists x white radicals which it seems Wilderson better conceptualized much later: www.marxists.org/history/etol/newspape/isr/vol25/no01/vernon1.htm This 20 minite KZbin video on Race and Communism explains lots kzbin.info/www/bejne/g5fFYXVmgLmCftk In it Deadman Animations breaks down white antiracism, essentially applying The 8 white identities theory of Barnor Hesse. Check out their archive.org page at the bottom: archive.org/details/interviewkimdawn And of course learn from the amazing resource which is the COWS media archive. Maybe add George Subira Trower "Money Issues in Black Male Female Relationships" (1996) to the aforementioned list. It completes a disinherited trilogy Omalone11@gmail.com "Women think that all men are the same, and this is their strength; men think that alll women are different - it destroys them." @@tom11zz884 I do. I have 5 children out of wedlock and in the past have relied on government assistance to almost fully care for them. Now that I'm wiser I work and only am receiving about 10% of government aid if that. I made my bed and lie in it with no regrets. Sometimes you become a product of your environment as I did but I refused to remain socially conditioned. My children's fathers and I are co-parenting without the government engaging as a third-party to enforce child support. I mean sometimes you gotta switch gears because we don't always get it right the first time. As long as we get it right someday is what matters. Long story short, I hold myself fully accountable. My question to you now is "do you?"

SHE SPEAKS ABSOLUTE TRUTH! I was raised like this and my life has been peaceful as well as successful. Because of this philosophy I have created generational wealth for my family as the first millionaire with nothing but a high school diploma. I agree the white mans worst threat is a successful black family with a strong head and a supportive loving wife who believes in him! Please sisters listen to her, you have been programmed and misled! Brothers be successful and DO NOT stay with or get involved with any black woman that doesn’t agree with what she is saying as this is also taught to us in the Bible. Men listen to her and get yourselves together! THANK YOU SISTER for your boldness!

@@debramyers645 I TOTALLY AGREE 1000%! A man SHOULD NEVER put his hands on a woman, and any man that does is A COWARD who should get 20 to life in prison! However if a woman excepts that from a man, and doesn’t press charges, and walk away (if she has the freedom to, ie not being threatened) then they both are no good to society, he should go to jail, and she committed to a psychiatrist until she gets well mentally. This is why ITS SO very crucial that WOMEN THINK, AND DO background checks on men they think about dating, this would help minimize a great deal of headaches. Women should think with their logic, not emotions.

God is amazing. He put this woman in place back then to help us in a world were this is going on right now today in 2023. Imagine where we would be if we had listened back then. I'm not a member of Islam, but I agree with her because I grew up around most of things she points out. I pray we all get better together.

Black Women vs. other races of Women 2019 (FACTS) Least married.. Least desired.... Most children out of wedlock... Most heads of their own household (with no male figure in sight) Most recent diagnosed cases of STD's reported by CDC... Mrs. Ali, gave Black Women the template nearly 3 decades ago, and they rejected it. So Black Women, how's that "doing it your way" working out for you?

J Wilson Well She deserved to be criticized to a degree (just like anyone else). This woman isn’t God....No one knows everything about relationships and her views on certain aspects were too simplistic. She took off because it appeared she spent more time and got MORE publicity chastising ONLY BW, and others took that to allow BM to be coddled and revel in victimhood. Golden rules for any relationship are patience, listening, compassion, and open communication.

You assume since black men agree with it then they must haven't listen to the entire thing because you thinking like a woman. You can't fathom men agreeing with something because its nasty truths about us in the message. That's the mindset of women. Whenever y'all hear a message and it's in your favor, the moment it says one thing y'all don't agree with then y'all disagree with all of it. Y'all don't know how to be in the wrong and will destroy whatever to hide it like a child, instead of facing it. It's no reason on Earth a black woman is pregnant with one kid screaming out black men ain't shit and then 5 years later have a bunch of kids by black men. It doesn't make logical sense but if you ask her about it then she would say something like she was tricked by men even though she had the mindset of them not being shit

I never understood why a woman would keep a child away from his/her father because he can’t pay child support. Some men lose their jobs or have financial setbacks. Why should the children suffer? I had a childhood friend who’s dad would always come around to see her. Now this man was broker than broke. He never had money. He had 6 daughters & no sons but he always came around & was there emotionally for his daughters. He would hug them & play with them. I use to be jealous of my friend even though I had a father who was paying child support. I’m my dad’s only biological child & my dad had money. My dad was in the military but I didn’t to get see him too often, maybe every 2 years. And when I did , I had to share him with a jealous stepmother & 2 step brothers. I love my dad but I didn’t start hugging him until I got in my late 20s. My jealous stepmother prevented us from being affectionate with one another. As a result, I grew up with low self esteem & sleep with older men to get love. Even today, I struggle with self worth. Even though I had more than my friend financially, she was better off than I was. Anyway, I don’t even complain because I know my dad loves me & at least I had my father in my life because a lot of kids in my neighborhood didn’t have a father at all.

This is why “black people” need to separate from white cultural norms. “black women” have been indoctrinated to think that a man’s position is to provide only. The men get these Jobs and are led away from being emotionally connected to their children, listening to the woman who is often led by feelings instead of reason and logic. Raising children is more important than money. Money is a tool , that’s it. It is not something to place above connecting and bonding with family. This is why it is so important that “black men” be led by Yah’s wisdom and principles on living this life. Listening to white men and “black women” tell them who they are and what they’re supposed to be doing to take care of their families is not it. “Black men” are the leaders who are subject to Yah first and foremost.

Getting an education and taking care of yourself makes you lonely and more ignorant, and not a more attractive partner? A lot of her nagging is beyond a woman's control, e.g. weather or not a man choses to raise his children, decides to be in a committed relationship, or what the government is doing - women don't have control of that. Some of the men in the video were not mocking and nagging black woman, but the majority were. This is just strange to me. Cognitive distortions.

This woman was telling the truth and ppl hated her for it, smh. Trying to make her seem "extreme"/crazy. Far from it, but many ppl reject the truth because they'd rather live with a comfortable lie. And the ones hating the hardest are our own ppl, treating correction like a personal attack. They don't want to be taught right, preferring to continue living wrongly. Parodied her on In Living Color, making her seem like she was promoting the abuse of women and slandering her character. I'm so done with folks treating denial like a virtue. If you can't handle the truth move out the way so the rest of us with brains can soak up that knowledge.

Estrogen and Testosterone are essential in the household to create a balanced life. She was ahead of her time. The content is still relevant today.. The Sister never disappoints since 1985. Thank you Shahrazad Ali for your wisdom and knowledge. I read the book, loaned it to someone and it was never returned. Will buy it again.

I discovered this book when IN LIVING COLOR spoofed her with the open hand smack to the disrespectful black woman... So I decided to read what foolishness this woman was talking... Then SLAP I got corrected 😂 I'm truly grateful for the insight not only of the black woman but my own short comings.. Blessings

A classic indeed. This book helped me through my first divorce over 20 years ago. Though I read it years before around the time it came out.
