so aatrox (the blade) fully took over the human that wielded him and now the blade (who's name is aatrox) controls the human that weilded him, which is why his lore says aatrox and the blade are one. kayne is stronger than aatrox's host was, but not strong enough to fully over power rhaast, so he is trying to fight off total overtaking. varus was very strong and was able to fully fight off his darkin. he didn't kill the darkin which is why he can still use the bow and why he has the purple corruption on him, but basically the darkin is just varus' bitch now and varus is in control. we don't know the name of varus' darkin yet.

So i have a theory -Aatrox is the darkin of war not the only darkin that is still free -Rhaast is the darkin of death but his trapped in a scythe fighting for control. -Varus is the darkin of vengeance or his bow is the darkin but unlike Kayn and Rhaast varus and his darkin work together because they both want vengeance thats why varus quotes always sound like there is a second person talking in the back ground.

@@GhostMan407 That was written 4 years ago. I obviously did a bad job articulating, though I never mentioned cartoons. Some of my thoughts have changed since then, but I mainly learned more about my distaste for anime. For example, the more time I've played the game, the easier Kayn felt to me. He's one of the easiest junglers in the game. Not every anime is edgy. In fact, I just don't like anime in general, whether they are saccharine or edgy, usually because they're boring, have uninteresting characters, repetitive low brow humor, pacing issues, and for series like Fairy Tail and Naruto, go on for way too long to keep me invested. Edginess can be interesting or it can feel forced. Death Note is an edgy anime, but it is written in a way where Light's edgy hate becomes thought provoking, and his motivations are strong throughout. Death Note is a good anime, and is unfortunately the exception, not the rule. FullMetal Alchemist: Brotherhood (2003's kinda overrated imo) is the best show ever made, really showing the potential of anime, but like DN, it's a rare exception. Naruto, as well as most Shonen, try too hard to be edgy, and feel so forced that it gets nauseating. Kayn's story is more subtle by comparison, and that isn't even anime at all. Or maybe it is because of Necrit's Narration that I thought it enjoyable at the time! Who knows. I'll definitely watch Necrit's old videos again - thanks for waking me up.

Well....I have a theory....what if Aatrox is a human that had been fully consumed by his sword? Like Rhaast does with Kayn when he trasnforms...what if Aatrox is actually the sword that extends in a corrupted body ? As you can see....when Kayn transforms in game in the Darkin....Rhaast's eye is still on the scythe....So...Kayn's body is just an extension for Rhaast to control..and..so goes for Aatrox?
