Earlier in the week, I was pretty confident the Bucs would surprise the National media and beat the Chargers. I was like "what run game do the Chargers have?" They got one big Wr Zyon can handle, and a little guy Tykee can handle. Then I heard about this Te Stone Smart like yesterday mostly. Maybe Lavonte can limit him; but, he has to be faster than Lavonte at this stage of Lavonte's career. The Bucs are one injury away for the secondary to not being able to work. Right now, the Bucs can probably field a perfectly functional unit. You can put Tavaires Thomas at F.S(if Christian Izien is not able to go), and Merriweather at SS. Basically, it depends on how the injuries go. - how about the Bucs O against the Chargers D? This is where I was saying some of the Chargers D is a little bit of a Myth. The Chargers stats are inflated because Herbert doesn't turn the ball over. But, what happens if he does? Or, Justin Herbert gets sacked a lot. In fact, Justin Herbert leads the league in sacks(which is probably part of why he's so injured). It depends on whether Baker can keep from throwing ints. What's the chances?

You can't be best scoring defense on a myth, it's a statistical fact. If you look at how many drives have stalled and brought their defense back onto the field, that's as good as repeated turnovers and they still lure offenses into making mistakes. It's all on Chargers defense this game.
