Wonderful family outing and episode. Mr. Karim looked really happy in the ice cream store treating the family to ice cream .That was so nice to see. On getting the bike... I think getting Mohammed to share that bike is going to be a real challenge though. I feel sorry for the other two who will probably have to give into his selfish tantrums and not get to ride it. He already will not let them near it . Should be interesting and a real opportunity to learn about sharing.

I think this bike is for the 3 younger ones. It's probably why they bought a bike more suited for Amir and Kulthum's height. Reza will grow more and will still be able to use it later on. Reza's legs are too short and aren't touching the ground when he's on the seat.

@@cocco9010 Yes, true it is suppose to be for all 3 of them...but the parents made the mistake of letting him think it was his. They let him pay for it with his money and then he rode it out of the store. When they put it in the truck it is announced by Mother Bloom that the bike was for 3 three of them, that is when he had a fit saying it was his bike and he bought it...well actually that is how it went down in the store. If it was for all 3 of them, they should have let Kulthum and Amir be part of getting the bike too and not lead Mohammed into thinking it was just his bike. Should make for some interesting episode! 😄 Bike Drama ! 🚲😣

It was nice to get a bike to share, every kid should have one . But it is lovely to see M. Reza have something to play with. In Australia they force us to wear helmets to ride bikes . The police will fine you if you are seen without a helmet and they will chase you to do it. I myself got fined $50 but I refused to pay and then the court ordered me to do several days community service for my misbehaviour.. Lucky you kids can ride a bike without that nonsense! The fine in my state is $50 but in other states of Australia not wearing a bicycle helmet is as much as $344. Mums or Dads have to pay if it’s a child..

most of us of my generation never wore helmets and we also rode around in the back of trucks and their were no laws about kiddie child seats or seat belts and we survived. We even drank from the hose like the nomads. He’s gonna hurt himself a few times get a few scraps and bumps but I’m sure he will live. Try not to worry so much. I understand your concerns but they are unlikely to ride on roads about the worse thing is if he rode off the platform. The other kids will help and teach him.

Yes...this is so true. That type of knee injury does that. You can have flare ups if you do too much, which he has been doing. He may also have some arthritis like you say which also can be like that. I know from experience. Maybe wearing his knee brace will help.
