The blue print! I remember watching this a couple of years ago. My dad sent it to me and said “you should do what this guy is doing!” 2 years later I’ve turned $43,000AUD into $300,000AUD buying real estate. Now 2 years on im about to venture onto the next deal and rent my property out for $100AUD per week cashflow. Also set my 401k (superannuation in Australia) up to invest heavily into shares and stocks and enjoy watching my account buy during all these lean times in the market we’ve had in the past 2 years. Can’t wait to see what it looks like in 30 years 👍 thank you Gerald god bless you I appreciate your guidance 🍻🍻

Gerald, You have changed my perspective of money and the world completely. Funny I wasn’t looking for you and then you appeared in my Instagram out of nowhere. The universe manifesting itself. God bless you and your family. Thanks for all the knowledge.

I like your content brotha! I am a power plant operator, and all I do is work, rotating shift work. Its hard on the mind and body, let alone being away from my daughter whom is 10 years old ( 10 days @ a time; her mother and I, aren't together.) I work 10 days on, and 4 days off. It's brutal, but I hope and aspire to be like you one day man, I'm just starting my journey and I'm 33.

Do you use a rental agency for your rental house? Also does the renter mow the lawn or do you take care of that?
@fullauto11255 жыл бұрын
I manage it myself. Yes when you lease a house you have to take care of the yard.

hey i just found your channel i like your videos, can you help me with an hard decision? im in the 10th grade now. should i graduate & do 4 years in college with 100k+ in debt, or work fulltime labor with my grandfather and start at $1000-$2000 per week.?
@TheRainHarvester4 жыл бұрын
It depends what type of work. If it is job experience that you could take elsewhere if your grandfather's business stops, then I'd say forego college if you could get $2k a week. 1k a week, I'd still consider college.
@phillipcanada75304 жыл бұрын
You don't HAVE to go into $100k in debt from college. There is no need to go to an expensive fancy college. It will not make a difference except cost more money. Not just on tuition but on your social life that bigger campuses come with. I came out $30k down, but I didn't pay rent, or bars, or food, with my student loans. Strictly tuition and books. I worked for rent, food, entertainment. It can be done. I did go to a big college. I could've saved more by not going there

Let's say you earned $65,900 per year and you lived on $35,900 and invested $30,000 into a brokerage account S&P 500 index fund...for 7 to 10 years....would that be a good move?

Gerald, you are a saint. You have done more to show the little guy how to increase his life's position in the money flow than Wall Street has in it's entire existence. Thank you for your work and efforts in assisting your fellow man's journey to attain true wealth. I, too am a veteran and I like your teaching style. Semper Fi, friend.
