The first game i've ever played. I was just 4 years old in 1991, and i can still remember the music, the first level. The balloons, the umbrella's. Thank you for the nostalgic trip!

I figured out this game was actually older than my 2000s, someone somehow put this game on windows 2000 computers and we were playing this in 2000, 11 years later 😂

I used to play this on a 386 with Windows 3.1 :) I was around 14 or 15, and had already enjoyed years of ZX Spectrum and then Commodore 64 games back in the '80s. So this felt, and indeed was, the beginning of a new era.

This should be about getting the band back together. After a boss you rescue one of the members and learn a new dance move. Then once you have everyone together you have to dance on stage in musical number. The last level chase from the movie with the goal of helping the orphans.

This game brings so many memories. Back in my kindergarten, we used to have these extremely old computers that were running like windows 2 or something. There were 3 games on those computers, a disnez jigsaw puzzle game, a barbie coloring game (for girls) and this game. Naturally most kids played this game. I remember nobody beat it, they only managed to get to the construction site

Damn, cant believe how close i got to the end of the level. I feel like i have been at the end point and not knowing what to do. I think i was about 4 or 5 when i played this and finding this so hard. Also the trees and guys on the top of the building freaked me out a bit for some reason. It was so weird seeing a tree on top of a building.

There's something I don't get. I'm trying to run the game in DOSBox as well, but no matter which settings I try, I get only the lousy sounding PC speaker music and not in SoundBlaster quality like in the video. Also, it seems that I can't play it in CGA mode either like back then. >:(

@Horzagiar: What? You say you completed the whole game the FIRST time you played it? It's a relatively hard game (not that hard for early 90s standards, but still). To complete the game you had to know every little corner quite well, so I don't think you really finished it the first time. BTW, Alley Cat was a nice little game :-D

Cuore Sportivo I found Elwood could do this, but Jake couldn't. If Jake did it, the enemy would still die, but Jake would suffer damage as well.

Elwood can also kill the enemies with the box while on a ladder, Jake can't. This is very useful in levels 3 and 5.
