You're welcome, I'm glad you enjoyed the reaction/breakdown 🙂 "Simple yet so powerful" is a great way to describe this song, even though in reality the band has mentioned this is (one of?) the most challenging song to perform live. I suppose the song has been assembled so well that the intricacies don't stand out to the untrained ear. Whatever they did, Automatic Sun is a real treat to listen to ⚡🤘

Myself i prefer the Jimmy Kimmel performance, but this will do. Here is the description of this song that was on the album's pre-save page: Automatic Sun → It's about missing someone and the energy this person gives you. You're drawn into their gravitational pull and brightness-like an automatic sun.

I was actually going to do the Jimmy Kimmel version because of the live audience, but I recall watching it and thinking the sound seems a bit off compared to the studio version so I elected to do the MTV Push performance instead. I checked all three versions just now and I noticed they all sound different in some way (MTV Push is very quiet compared to the other two, I feel cheated!). The studio version is my favorite, the sound really pops out in that one, while the Kimmel version had some nice "Dany & the audience" moments and MTV Push had some nice shots. Ah well, whatever the case, it's done already 🤷 The pre-save page text mirrors what I've heard in interviews. It can still refer to a toxic ex, but I'd say the text is open enough to interpretation that it doesn't have to. Typical The Warning lyrics ⚡⚡

For example, the way Dany sings the second (Oh-oh-oh, oh-oh, oh) in the last chorus is unique in the MTV Push version (compared to the other two versions I mentioned, I haven't seen fan versions) and it's absolutely GLORIOUS. Do you recall any specific fan versions that are monstrous? I wouldn't mind checking them out if you do!
