Hi Aude! Beautiful beautiful projects as always but I am really blown away by you skills in sewing 🤩 I can do very basic sewing and the idea of working with stretchy fabric scares me to death, so you have my admiration!!! Your knitting projects are always lovely and your embroidery is so beautiful! I am now tempted to swatch for the Lets Lento KAL as I have some Raincloud & Sage yarn and matching mohair that might do nicely. You mentioned in a recent podcast that you'll be visiting Canada this year, and I meant to mention that you might like to try some iconic Canadian yarn made by Briggs & Little in New Brunswick since around the mid 1800s! Unfortunately it is hard to find in local yarn shops but in Toronto it is sold at Romni Yarns. Pure wool, rustic, a good range of colours, and very affordable. I am happy to see your podcast doing so well, congratulations on over 3,000 subscribers!

Your podcast is such a nice listen. I'm here in Toronto, and it sounds like you're visiting soon which is really exciting. Romni is a fun downtown yarn shop to visit, it's a 20 minute walk for me so it's pretty close. The organization is a bit hectic, but there are two floors and it's fun to get lost in. The Knitting Loft (TKL) has all of the famous brands, and is beautiful to look at. TKL is a bit farther for me, like a 30 minute drive in the (awful) Toronto traffic, but I always enjoy it. It's a bit of a yarn pilgrimage for me. :)

Hi from Poland 😊 This red skein is beautiful😍 I had a shawl in a similar color, but I accidentally felted it in the washing machine, which I regret to this day 🙈😅 I just recently found your podcast and I love it ❤️ I love to knit and embroider, I also sew sometimes, so it fits perfectly into my interests 😁

Oh no! The dreaded machine wash gone wrong... I'm sorry it felted...

@@bobblesandberries It shouldn't be in the washing machine at all, I don't even know when I put it in the washing machine with the cotton on the cotton program 🥴 it was a temporary blackout 🙈

I love your podcast! I share your preference for sweaters knit in a gauge that is not TOO loose and flowy. After. listening to the podcast I might even participate in the Lento KAL using the Suri. Thank you!

Your bags are beautiful! I’m working on the Trickling Triangle shawl by Steven West in 3 pink shades. Of course I have about 6 or so other WIPS! 😵‍💫 Really enjoyed your podcast and will definitely keep watching! BTW, I live in Central Florida, USA!

Hello Aude. I really enjoyed your podcast and absolutely love the red jumper you’re wearing ❤ I treated myself to one of your small project bags as a Christmas present to myself. I chose the snowy fir tree design as it’s more winter themed than Christmas so I can use it all through the season. Now I’ve got my eye on your new winter themed stitch markers (pine cone, snowflake, berries) as they would go perfectly with my bag. I think I’m going to treat myself to the sheep design as an Easter present to myself too 🐑 Less calories than an Easter egg 😂 Sending love from Kent, Sam xxx

When you buy on cones you can also, skein them and pre-wash them before knitting ;) Even though Holst Supersoft on cones is not oily or smelly, i like to pre-wash it so that i can knit with soft bloomed yarn

Yes, I've heard people do that. I can't really be bothered if I'm honest but it definitely is a great option!
