woww, thank you for this video. i have not heard of anyone described chaos this way. i am on my own healing and spiritual journey as well. and i have begun to accept all that had happened to me, especially the unpleasant ones, since about a few months ago. and i felt relieved and sometimes to the point of "loving" the history of all those hardships and betrayals and neglects. but at some point, i thought to myself that i must be crazy to be feeling this way about the things that hurt me (??!). well, now i understand and truly sync with your words that chaos can birth something beautiful.. woww, thank you.. do send me love, strength, courage and open mind to see more blessings that this world can offer 🙌💕💓

It's 🌧️ Everything stings just a more. Holiday (Dec) I bury my head in Dec. Year after year I tell myself I won't spend another holiday feeling lonely but as the days countdown things haven't changed . I have changed just not the circumstances. I stick to just being fair but that's not doing it . I know who I am and I know who I'm not others are not going to influence my thought of myself . I have goals and dreams and these are for nobody to try and steer me away from what I want if I fail I know it was from my own thoughts and or actions that ended a dream or could be the dream didn't want me but if that is the case I will here it from there mouth no others telling my dream is not going to happen. I have my reason for what I do and say and not all is righteous no one is perfect . My heart still beats red and till it doesn't I truck on I have weathered some difficult times and I believe at the end I will there is happiness . If not I will have in counted enough sadness to make it not hurt so bad. I have real dreams and that alone is special.

I’m invested in a Korean magic/romance series 😂 I love it. And cobra Kai 🤪 and will watch any and every Disney animated film 😛😍 but normal tv no thanks. I don’t understand the “releasing emotions stuck in the body” Im practicing crying more because ayahuasca told me I repress and that will make me ill 😮 hope you talk more about it here.
