I just started crying so hard making a pb&j because I hadn't had one in so long and it reminded me that my dad used to make me one for lunch everyday while I went through grade school and I made it using homemade jam my grandma sent me across the country for my birthday. It took me so long to realize how much value these things have and that I'm so immensely loved. I know this is so random but I wanted to tell someone and this just feels like such a safe space

to begin your spiritual practice- - pray (to angels, guides etc) - listening to your body (form of meditation) -journaling eg. for manifestation -healing frequencies -breathwork -embody love in daily life -research what you’re interested in!

How did you overcome the anger and unforgiveness?
@maryannamae
@maryannamae 3 жыл бұрын
@@freshliving4199 I met people who committed the same crimes as my abuser through internships in prisons. I realized that there is not a separate class of people who commit crimes and do bad things, but one whole humanity who is filled with people who do good things as well as bad things. The people in our lives we love are also capable of evil things, and everyone knows people like that. seeing offenders' humanity was most transformative for me.

Humans are hilarious little rebels!! Sometimes when I don’t feel good or don’t feel light, I know the things I can do to lift my spirit but I literally avoid doing those things or just don’t want to even tho I know it will take me out of this funk. It’s literally so funny to me!!! Does anyone else do this? Does anyone have an explanation for this? I’m glad that I see from the perspective of it being funny vs being hard on myself for it.

It seems like you have awesome roommates + work for yourself (roommates/guests and bosses/coworkers are common examples), but I’m sure you still have to deal with that sometimes. I’ve come a long way, but I still struggle around people who are really unbalanced and abusive and unwilling to grow.

In the interest of empowering people with sexual trauma and those who are close to people with trauma, I recommend the Shameless Sex podcast. If it’s physical trauma, check the recent episode with Dr. Nicole Eisenbrown. It may help whether you are a man or woman, but there is some very useful stuff in there especially for women. I know sexual trauma is not the theme of the video, but it’s a theme on the channel. Hoping Hitomi keeps hitting dealing with all types of trauma, growth and healing from all angles. Very few things are more needed in the world. This has always been true. Hopefully people like her will change the future.

I’m going through a season of loneliness and I didn’t realize until recently. I’m beginning my journey of spirituality and I now feel so at peace with myself that I realized that my so called “dislike” of people was simply fear of being close to others again because it would open me up to pain again. Thank you so much. Each of your videos is so helpful to me, you're teaching me to love myself and this life in all of its forms and dimensions, and you are truly helping me healing and understanding what I need. You are are so beautiful and loving, you are a miracle. Thank you a thousand times. As one of my favourite artist says "sweet lover, keep loving" ☀️❤️

Thank you so much for this video, I went through a very hard experience a few days ago that I haven't been able to get over even after Journaling about it, which usually helps immensely. I will try praying to my guides and my higher self. Hopefully that will help through this trauma. Thank you so much for your advice and your experiences, it is so needed for so many of us. 🙏 Love you so much Hitomi ❤

So much LOVE for you. I can only imagine the love and strength it takes to use these traumatizing experiences as a way to embody divinity even more. You're an angel. Thank you for being you.
