Ahh amazing to see you where I've been 2 weeks ago! I've done Alota-SPA in 2 days, but those were such tough days! I would add two more tips: coca leaves for altitude for all the time you stay in the bolivian alitplano, and a GPS loaded with a 4x4 route. These routes are available at wikiloc.com.
