1:00:06 being From Lucknow i can totally relate to it its also called Makhan malai in Lucknow and with respect to all the "Mithai" . Its one of the fluffiest and light sweet anyone can teste anywhere in world. I am lucky enough to taste in All 3 mentioned cities i personally its most amazing MITHAI within human species ❤👌There is bit difference between Makhan malai( Lucknow) and Malaiyo( Banaras) malaiyo is bit milki( my personal favourite) and Daulat ki chat is bit more solifify ( i personally not like that much) means u can say makhan malai or fen is between daulat ki chat and malaiyo and basic difference is in consistency.also some part of may be in Lucknow or Agra it's also called 'Nimish '
