Maximum Football is an upcoming gridiron football video game developed by Invictus Games Ltd. and published by Modus Games. It is the successor to Maximum Football 2020, which was formerly developed by Canuck Play.[3] Modus Games acquired the rights to the Maximum Football series and announced the successor on September 1, 2021, on Discord.[4] Modus Games would make a formal announcement about the game's development on February 7, 2022.

It’s part of the reason why CFB looks so good because if that game came out 2 years ago with how Madden’s Gameplay was it’d be horrible. TLDR: Madden hasn’t been a roster update in a minute. Good game is another discussion.

It's free. It's in early beta still. It was rebuilt from scratch. Moved from unity to UE4 then UE5. It can only improve. It already does a lot of things better than madden. It still needs a lot of work but in maybe a year it's going to be great. Like I said it's in beta and it's free

For so many who c.o on a game with a new compony that has been out for 1 month with the beta and are letting everyone to play the game for free and has done more than EA in their 20+ years says alot. Everyone who has played ea is basically playing a game with updated rosters. College footballb is coming out in july. Majority of us will be getting the game but then what???? We will have to spend another 70$ for updated rosters and a so call " new " stuff in the game. That is a loss in my opinion. And you will have maxi football which is free to play. And a community who will make college football teams for the next 3-5 years while some will loose 280$ or rven more to pay for packs. (70$×4 years).

Game had an updated beta and was extended a week. The fixed a lot of stuff and made some from that one week of beta. So you should try it again off cam or for content.

You are playing the beta that just had an update. Which means players are playing a little faster. If you had played the beta 2 weeks ago itwas much slower. Which is what ppl were complaining about.

It’s very unfortunate for the developers of this game that CFB 25 is about to come out and Madden 25 looking like it’s about to get better. If Im remembering correctly they took a break in 2020 to try and refine the game and in that time frame CFB 25 was revealed. They didn’t really plan on that and I applaud them for still sticking through with it. It definitely looks better than the last version of the game they released, just an unfortunate situation for them.

Madden isn't improving that much. The graphics look good but gameplay is just renaming old features they removed and calling it now. This game is free. It's only in beta and will only improve over time. This is the worst it'll be and it already gets a lot right. It obviously needs work but it is on the right path.

Its a free to play game that will allow me to make my own fantasy league. So im supporting it off rip. Its rough around the edges but its a small team and i respect the efforts. Less jank than Blitz the League 1 and 2 was and I loved those games.

They didn’t put it out earlier because like EVERYONE has said it’s A SMALL DEVELOPMENT TEAM making A FOOTBALL GAME compared to Electronic Arts 😂. Ofc it’ll take some time especially when they’re trying to improve from what they were putting out. Of course it feels clunky it’s not even out yet it’s a Beta. The beta is released to receive feedback to improve the game. Not for anybody to say oh Maddens better… Of course madden is better it’s been a household title for over 30 years. 30 YEARS OF MADDEN.
