In these scriptures found in Matthew 23 Messiah continues to rail against the pharisees. There is much for us to gather and take to "heart"
In the last 3 verses of Mathew 23 Messiah sets the stage for His end times teaching to His disciples, Matthew 24.

Thanks Dave very good teaching!! God bless . Just curious for my mental file . Cain and Able twins.. did not know that . Was that in Jewish text? Or where can I find ? Nothing big . I just always had in my mind Cain was older .. bigger.. overpowered him .. thanks

Cain I'd definitely older. Genesis 4 1¶Now Adam knew Eve his wife, and she conceived and bore Cain, and said, “I have acquired a man from the LORD.” 2Then she bore again, this time his brother Abel. Now Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground. It's that it only says Adam knew Eve they one time, and two children were born.

Why do you refer to JESUS as messiah?

Actually I prefer the name Yeshua. I found that, for what ever reason, people have trouble with that name. Jesus is a Greek name and Yeshua was not Greek. For me I choose Messiah as a compromise yet it really is not a compromise as Yeshua is our Messiah. Jesus means salvation just as Yeshua does but Hebrew is a much more complex language. Yeshua means something like, the One who came to save us who could not save ourselves.
