There's plenty of info out there. The entire text was known as the gospel of the kailedey. They found the text with the kolbrin and it consisted of a few different books. This is just one of those.

Ah I just listened to it. Yes that it one of my FAVORITE passages. I'm not sure what the original says, but I think it just means, "don't be easily tricked".
