The Boomerang compact CB base station antenna, unboxing and first look

I finally retrieve the Boomerang antenna from the Post Office after Parcelforce (or Parcelfarce as I call them as they're incredibly useless) failed to follow basic instructions and left it there despite me telling them different, and unbox it and assemble it up, the antenna will be put on the air in a later video
This is not my fist compact antenna for CB, I own an Excalibur antenna which does not tune properly so this is my reason for purchasing the Boomerang.
As the current weather in the UK at time of filming (late February 2020) is heavy winds and stormy conditions, I will be waiting until this is all clear before the antenna goes on air and I will let you know how it performs.
