The reason Huey breaks Riley out is that stinkmeaner has returned and started terrorising the Woodcrest,Illinois community, possessing any living or dead body he can. Huey and Riley must destroy the spirit of stinkmeaner for good. I would type my whole plot/script here but I'm not trying to get insulted for making what I think would be a good movie. Great pick, Matthew. Col. H (mofo) Stinkmeanor's voice was ironically the character that first got me interested in the show and dude ended up having 3 episodes! For a while I said the same thing...and then somehow watched "The Passion of Ruckus" later and I dare say that is where Huey's passion shined. I'll even go as far as to say it was the epitome of the show itself. (I gladly bought every DVD)
