It’s crazy how new rubber parts can go bad just sitting there! Looks like it’s coming along great though! Those brake pipes to the servo came out excellent Worth checking your brake shoes while the drums are off as I had mine incorrect first time.

Yeah on it this last weekend... The c clips were junk/badly fitted and the manual adjuster one side was rammed in crossed up, so had to drill it out. Some pleb put this together I think. . . especially as I don't know my way round a mini like I do a 306... And I can see it's wrong.

I’ve always called it a brake proportioning valve, not sure that’s 100% correct

Yeah essentially that's it... It's not variable though for load...so not 100% sure
