I’m not a dietitian or medical professional, but I am a person with type one diabetes. I am laughing so hard at the way Nick is eating that fiber like it’s going to cancel out any of those carbs. I’m not sure it works that way. You can’t eat 200 g of carbohydrates, and think that 40 to 50 g of fiber is going to cancel any of it out. I really hope he doesn’t suffer a lot of consequences from his diabetes.

Usually they split everything evenly so I was definitely surprised to see Nick hogging most of the Alfredo pasta AND pizza.
