I did not know anyone was comparing the riots like the Tea Party, but I was wondering this while driving the other day on my own. I was amazed to find a video answer right here. Divine

You should check out the Boston riots in 1765 after the stamp act! They make looting a target look pretty tame, and that's when the common, non-landholding citizens of Massachusetts started expressing the anger towards the british that would fuel enlistment into the victorious revolutionary army.

Please camera guy, fix the camera on a tripod and leave it. The sudden changes are distracting and annoying.

The cops didn't even kill Floyd! He died the same way my cousin died: years of heavy drug abuse + age + acute stress.

This video, I saw just before someone of my ... friends, was posting a commenting about this very subject... I didn’t argue, I just posted the link. Waited a bit then got unpleasant messages on what I posted, the left is so aggravated. Well, if someone came with a video that had been made before contradicting my point before I posted what I thought was an air-tight argument with adequate points, showing my post wasn’t an original argument... ... I would probably be upset also. Because it turns out that I’m not brilliant.

It’s more like the Whiskey Rebellion than the Boston Tea Party.

So yall censoring comments now? I was having a conversation with someone and now u are violating my 1st amendment right. What exactly did I say that offended u? What happened to freedom of speech. This is so wrong

Dont over complicate I know what happened very well. The oppressors/government did something the people didn't like and got fed up...boarded their oppressors ships and dumped their merchandise sounds familiar ??? Let's move that to modern times
@danleblanc84134 жыл бұрын
And they did it quietly, and without excess destruction to private property. Sounds contrary to what is happening across America today.
@kevink83394 жыл бұрын
so what you're saying is, struggling small businesses (many of them minority owned) in inner cities are now the oppressors..? notice how not a single ship or person was harmed during the Boston tea party, what comparison are you talking about exactly?
@sonsofliberty30814 жыл бұрын
They even swept the decks of the ships that had the tea. All I saw from the Seattle lawless zone was 8 rapes, 9 shootings, 2 murders, and countless assaults and extortion.

Barton's official biography describes him as "an expert in historical and constitutional issues".[47] Barton holds no formal credentials in history or law, and scholars dispute the accuracy and integrity of his assertions about history, accusing him of practicing misleading historical revisionism, "pseudoscholarship" and spreading "outright falsehoods".[8][9][10] According to the New York Times, "Many professional historians dismiss Mr. Barton, whose academic degree is in Christian Education from Oral Roberts University, as a biased amateur who cherry-picks quotes from history and the Bible."[7] Barton's 2012 book The Jefferson Lies was voted "the least credible history book in print" by the users of the History News Network website.[48] The book's publisher, Christian publishing house Thomas Nelson, disavowed the book and withdrew it from sale. A senior executive said that Thomas Nelson could not stand by the book because "basic truths just were not there."[23]

Stop pandering for GF. Do your homework. The police officer did nothing wrong. He was a dangerous serial criminal who should have been locked away. He died from his own poor health, drugs, and bad decisions.

@@ab5olut3zero95 I read abt in my U.S. history book. I'm not abt to go and look for it . You can take some time and go research it for yourself. It's simple. Have fun.

So...your recollection of a secondary historical text is more trustworthy than primary historical documents? Maybe try rereading that textbook. You are right, researching history is simple. 🤣
@gudgurlgonebadd4 жыл бұрын
So Amerikkkan Historian I did go back and check online because it's that simple and u should do the same. So are saying that history textbooks are full of lies? I'm sure they dont just make up shit. These people dont just pull this information out their ass. Their scholars. They may make light of shit, have bias info, and leave shit out which is why I don't just rely on it. Like I said do your own research its that simple 🤣🤣🤣🤣
@gudgurlgonebadd4 жыл бұрын
Amerikkkan Historian with your logic students shouldn't use a textbook. Everything in textbooks are invalid because it's not the original source? Even though these books are full of citations? Or is it just the information that u choose not to believe? They all need to use original documents in school? Good luck with that 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Premature protest. Now we know the officer did not cause his death. Asphyxiation was not the cause of death. Drugs and his own hysteria caused his death.
