It doesn't matter what order you reduce cooldown with % items/skills, it will be the same cd BUT if you have a temporary cooldown effect then use a permanent effect then lose the temporary effect, the permanent effect WILL be less effective in the end. In other words, if you have something like buddy system AND will later on not be benefiting from it, you should make sure to disable buddy system first, but otherwise it won't matter

I say that crescendo would be still perfectly strong at 10% if it gave it to THE item on use rather than giving it to all items. That, or like Rhap suggested with halving the amount to 5% to all. They want the crescendo to be a big get, so I think that 5% to all may be the snowball that they want it to be. 10% to the individual item on use sounds more dynamic in the sense that not ALL builds may want it since it cant quickly scale the slowest item's crits...but I think that's okay because your faster items are still getting good scaled crit that they mightve not had otherwise; and shit, you might only have fast items to begin with or will want to now spec more into fast since you chose crescendo If my idea is too slow, then they could make it a silver skill, and/or buff the initial crit chance reduction back to taking away only 50%. But 5% to all items still sounds very very strong since two fast items will build the entire board's crit to max still; 20 items used during a fight is easy, and this gets you to guaranteed max (and not to mention the buckle or whatever-that gives adjacent items bonus: damage, shield, or health equal to their crit-it overflows with the crit bonus)

Yeah so, apparently the cdr thing *is* important for permanent reduction? From a purely mathematical standpoint it isn’t at all, but the game stores permanent cdr with a shortcut for presumably memory reasons, and it’s that part that’s being exploited. That being said, exploiting a loophole in the way the game stores cdr is probably considered a bug, so like… probably not gonna matter anyways soon

The devs posted on Reddit explicitly asking people not to use third party tools while they work out an api/partnership. They defined it as against the tos, so there is a risk of being banned.

It looks fine to me, the offset position made it feel too short for a sec but looking at it longer and accounting for that made it look okay
