What drills would you recommend to help your team adapt to this system

Hi Olie, It's about helping player recognise when to create and how to create it. In terms of the concept of a box midfield any possession/ positional exercise will help players understand the distances, angles and positional information regarding it. Then you would need to use a phase of play to help players move the concept into the game. Players will need to understand the pitch geography around the box midfield
