I'm from U S A , and many years ago i witnessed a sister from my church lift her hands to the sky and command the rain to STOP falling, and immediately the rain stopped and the sun came out so that we could have a cook out outside. as soon as the last person had came inside or gone home, she went back outside and asked the rain to fall, and it came down so hard, i had never seen anything like this before, but it's in the scriptures that God has given people power to rule the elements. I witnessed the power to make rain when I was a kid. A man visited my father from a different community. They were getting ready to go somewhere when suddenly the atmosphere started getting dark and the clouds heavy. My dad was getting disappointed that they wouldn't be able to embark on their journey. The guest, Mr. Egwu, he was a medicine man too, told my dad to not worry, that he was going to disperse the rain so they could go on their journey. He went into the bush behind our our compound, collected some leaves, waved the leaves in the 4 directions of the compass while making some incantations. The clouds dispersed and became bright again. I watched a child talk to God and ask for snow in August,…. The child stood at the window looking and waiting … I started to stay honey it doesn’t snow in the summer he waved me away like he couldn’t be bothered with my doubt he said NO! I was told by a friend that on the day of her wedding (in Port-Harcourt, Nigeria), a rain maker (an old woman) showed up asking for money/food etc. They ignored her and carried on with the ceremony. This is proof of what I've been saying for years. We as the original man, the original Kings and Lords of the Earth, the Sons of the Creator are suppose to have powers, especially if we really are the Sons of the Creator. So where are our powers? The enemy has developed the abilty to control the weather through technology. So it was always possible to make it rain, to control the weather.
