I just watched this, the scene what got me the most emotional was when they were hiding from the storm and the quote from the horse.

I literally watched this tonight, i cried my eyes out. All I ever wanted to feel was loved, the fox and horse being fav characters, the horse reminding me of my boss, who literally supports and guides me like no other. “whats the bravest thing you’ve said” “Help” Like literally… 😢

The ending was so emotional where the boy is about to leave his friends and suddenly then he feels the home is something where you are loved and comes back. Truly heart touching and nice animated short film with simple and deep meaning.

Bro i am very upset that kids,people watch videos where a guy does stupid thing and get millions of likes and subs but this beautiful and emotional scene has a lot of time spent on it and get that little amount likes.Sorry man not that generation that will understand real and truth.

Just saw this short film today. I love it. My favorite characters were the fox and the horse, especially the fox since I love foxes.

I think everyone interprets this book a different way. Mine is that he is riding high, being sober in life. Then he falls off the horse, or falls off the wagon as addicts say. He ends up in the creek, which symbolizes a gutter. His friends help him out of the gutter and the boy doesn't believe he can ever be a good person. He apologizes for falling off and saying " It's my fault. I let go." Then the horse, his sponsor, is telling him he can do it even though life is difficult. This would also make sense when the boy asked "What is the bravest thing you have ever said?" And the response he got from the horse was "Help." Then nearing the end when the boy wants to give up the fox tells him "Sometimes your mind plays tricks on you. It can tell you you’re no good, that it’s all hopeless. But I have discovered this, you are loved, and important, and you bring to this world things no one else can. So hold on." Almost as if the fox is a recovered addict.

I have never ugly cried quietly more in my life, I apologize every time I cry even though I know I have “supportive” parents, more than some others have. I should be so much more grateful and hopefully it looks like I’m trying. But oh my god this one wrecked me the most out of all the clips I’ve seen.

the thing that hit home for me here was when the boy fell and he immediately started to apologize, the mole said: " It was an accident." Imagine how much emotional trauma a lot of people could have forgone if this was said more. Picture this:A child broke a glass. And , instead of shaming and punishing the child. And never letting the child hold a glass again and making the child believe that what had happened was indeed because there is something inherently wrong with the child. Imagine if simply it was told to the child " Hey, it was an accident alright? Look, here I'll help you clean the broken pieces." And perhaps if there was some correcting to be done it could be done after the child has calmed down. "Next time bud, try and hold the glass this way or you can call ke for help "
