I'd just like to say to all the girls out there who feel they need to "hurry up" and date... I will be 21 soon and I have never dated anyone, kissed anyone, or even held hands with anyone... And that's OK. I see all of my friends going through heartbreaks and giving themselves away and I'm so thankful that I haven't dealt with that stuff. I am enjoying working on myself and becoming confident in myself and my faith. Take your time and God will bring you someone in time. ☺️

I wouldn't call not waiting giving yourself away but I agree that no one should feel the way to do anything because everybody else already did. I personally never thought bad about physical relationships with people you trust and like but chose not to date until my first relationship two weeks before I turned 20. People always asked why I am single and had a hard time believing that I wanted it that way because I didn't think I was mature enough and ready. Me and my bf moved in together after 3 days and now that I am 21 are still together and lived in 2 countries with the third to come in fall. He is the only one I ever said I love you to(not counting family/friends). Regardless of faith I believe people need to do things when they feel ready and also in the order they feel comfortable. That might be physical before relationship, in a relationship, after engagement or after marriage. Nothing takes away from a persons worth. I'd just advise any boy/girl to respect their own and their partners comfort zone.

I"M A 19 YEAR OLD VIRGIN! Saving myself for my future husband is the best choice I think I could ever make. It is way more than a physical experience to be connected to someone. I am saving my heart for someone with the same values as me and I have to be patient for the lord to work on me. I am a work in progress and I know there is something better for me. I'm 19, never dated, never been kissed, virgin. The question and your comment spoke to me bc I ALWAYS thought I was the only one. And I've been conflicted with just getting it over with or waiting for someone special. And I really want to wait for someone special but I feel like it's such a hard thing to do in this time period with so much pressure to have sex before marriage. But this helped a lot and I'm glad I'm not alone!

That's so wonderful! I totally agree with you on there being so much more to someone and a relationship than just a mere physical attraction. LOVVVVVED THIS.! I'm 18 as well gonna be 19 later this year and I've never been in a relationship/kissed a guy or whatever. If the person I like is not on the same level as me (beliefs, morals,values etc.) I won't persue them. when I find that somone, I'm dating to marry you and not just because. I have so much respect for you, Cambria! I wish I would have waited to date and give my heart to someone. I dated a boy for a year back when I was 16, and it was extremely toxic and not healthy for me at all. I used to never be able to value myself unless I had a boyfriend. So after many failed relationships, I am now 23 and I haven't had a boyfriend since 2012. I refuse to give my heart to someone until I know it's right. For now I'm focusing on self-love and I think that's more important than having a boyfriend. You and Bo are so cute and I hope you guys make more videos like this. I love you!

You don't have to do 'enough' to have a relationship with the Lord. Jesus loves you the way you are, there is nothing more that you can do to make him love you more. Be vulnerable enough to let him change your heart girl. Understand that his grace is enough for you, the fact that he gave up himself for you to be in right standing with God without having to earn acceptance...is more than enough. The only way you can truly work on your relationship with God is by reading his word. Go check out some of Jefferson Bethke's videos. You're the next person I'll be praying for. If you want to go closer to God, I highly recommend reading your Bible. This is the best way how you can get to know Him. And if you're not sure about being a Christian, pray for it. My decision of living my life with Christ was the best decision I've ever made. He's changing my life every day, and every single time I ask God a question, he always answers my question through Bible or somebody around me. God is worth it. I'm 23 and still single, I've never had a boyfriend or have done any of that stuff. I've always desired a godly relationship, even before being saved. Something I've tried to remember: enjoy singleness, cry out to Him, and learn. It's hard at times but it's an amazing time! He will teach and guide you. All of that's cliche I know. But it's so true! I learned so much just from this one video that made me realize things within my relationship with my boyfriend and we've been dating for almost three years now. And hearing you guys share your advice made me realize and accept things I didn't necessarily realize or want to accept of myself. Awww loved the honesty you both displayed. It is better to be real than to try and pretend you're comfortable. Not to worry. Lots of people I'm sure are camera shy. It's not even a bad thing. You're both so great together. My husband was also the one to say "I love you" first and I have to say there is no one that can make me more angry than my husband but there is also no one on this earth who makes me happier. We've only been married 2.5 yrs but it is so wonderful when you marry your best friend (which is obviously what you two will be doing), knowing you have found the one you really want to spend the rest of your life with. I truly admire how honest your relationship seems to be. You love God and have made him the center of your relationship and that is how it has to be. Good job on telling him what you think and having a good communication, more girls (and boys) need to learn this. In my experience, me and my fiance made sure from the beginning to be honest and open with each other and it has been amazing. At first it was difficult but it was clear that it was the right thing to do. I love your videos so much Cambria! I feel like I can relate to you even with the smallest things. I love the way your faith is so strong, you believe in yourself, you seem very kind and loving. Honestly you are one of my favourite youtubers.💖💖 I find it hard to relate to people my age as I have strong faith and believe in God as many of the people I'm surrounded don't. As well as that, small things like not ever having a boyfriend or ever being kissed is big for me as most of the people my age are passed that stage and I feel kind of like an outsider. Also because of where I live (Ireland) drinking is very popular but I made a promise to myself and God to drink when I'm 18. Many people can't believe it when I tell them that and I've had so many temptations that I've resisted because I felt that it's worth breaking that promise. Keep your eyes focused on God, read his word and pray that he guards your heart until the right man comes along. Maybe get into a single girl bible study. And this book called Get Lost by Dannah Gresh is amazing! And has helped me so much. 😊

I think truly becoming okay with being single is one of the first hurdles. I'm not saying you have to give up on the idea of ever getting married, but sometimes I think you have to be *willing* to be that vulnerable and real with God - and mean it. Is Jesus in Himself enough for you, or is Jesus + [something] what satisfies you? Make Him your first and utmost priority. Let Him fill every part of your life. It is so worth it. ❤️
