@@epicmonkey6663 It is correct. It's based on the Force formula, F = m*a. So, if you have a high a(acceleration), then you're gonna have a greater force. That's how they punch harder when they do it with superspeed. And about lifting heavy objects, that's about mass more than acceleration. Basically, as you approach the speed of light, you get heavier, and if you get to the speed of light, by Einstein's formulas, you should have an infinite mass. So, if they go at let's say, 70% of the speed of light, then they will be able to lift incredibly heavy objects, 'cause their mass is high. If I'm wrong, please tell me.

Actually, I thin A-Train is running a lot less than Berry. IMO, Starlight isn't shooting light beams, but rather plasma bolts, which are a lot slower than light (light implies lasers, which isn't her power). Plasma moves at 18,600 miles per second, or approx. Mach 9. This would still make A-Train fast enough to dodge Starlight's attacks, but not be as fast as the Flash.

Karl Urban's character, Billy Butcher shot her twice in the heart twice with a .50 caliber sniper rifle from about thirty feet away, and all that did was knock her on her butt and leave her out of breath. That means that Starlight can take a far harder hit than any normal human being like Robin.

I watched The Boys with my mom, and she popped some hardcore science junk out of nowhere lol She says "Wait.. I thought her powers were light? But he only runs a thousand miles per hour... light is like a hundred times faster than that (lol bless her heart. She gets smarter.) So I think she's making compressed plasma to make glowing shockwaves. Those would move at the speed of sound right? So if she pushes light really hard against itself, it kinda bounces and makes a shockwave. Like punching water in a pool, even though your punch is fast, you compress the water in front of your hand and it makes a slower ripple of water come off of your fist! Kinda like that. (Yeah, I'm not sure if she knows water is incompressible.)" I kinda like that idea with a few tweaks. So instead of firing beams of light, she fires pulses of compressed plasma that create a ton of force like a shockwave, similar to Cyclops' vision. Cyclops looks like he shoots lasers, but it's actually a physical shockwave that destroys stuff. It just happens to glow.

If starlight could throw energy beams at the speed of light, Atrain wouldn't see them coming untill he is about to be vaporized. The moment you can see something within your field of view, light has not only already reached you but, your brain has also had enough time to process what you are seeing. So this means her beams (the stuff doing the vaporizing) are actually traveling a lot slower than light and a lot slower then Atrain as well)

Everyone commenting Barry allen stuff, well keep in mine this show is a more realistic real world version of people with powers. Also barry is just super fast with speedforce abilities. He isn't super strong, hes actually very slow and weak while not using speedforce abilities. As shown in the tv show several times. A train is constantly strong and durable and fast. As are all the supers in The Boys. Their base abilities is that they are stronger and more durable than normal humans, because without that their own powers would kill them. Some supers just have extra abilities.

He was able to keep up with Homelander speed wise and casually caught Kimiko, his strength was a hair under Homelander and his durability is actually implied to be better than Homelander since Homelander had a black eye after their first fight and Homelander was left unscathed ( unless under his costume)

Starlight's beams are drawn from electricity. It's probably safe to say they are electron/neutron/proton energy beams. Or maybe it's more like lightning. Which would kind of explain how slow they are.

Notice in the starlight vs A-train scene, nothing was moving and according to Albert Einstein's theory, it states that in this context if nothing is moving in accelerated perception essentially he's travelling faster than light speed or directly at light speed, so technically A-train is literally moving in light speed in that scene, that actually crazy.... But with the Starlight beams shooting slower than actual light would, then I can't explain that.

So right now I just clicked on this video to see how fast is A-Train so I can know that if Death Battle is gonna be making a future battle between Kabal vs A-Train I know who'll win and it'll be Kabal because he went around the world within 0.11 seconds and did that twice in his fatal blow doing it in 0.22 seconds and there's even more evidence that Kabal can dodge bullets or reflect them

One thing you could have calculated for A-Train was when he ran through Robin at the beginning of episode 1. Even though we didn't see it happen, there was a Milla second when he went through her, with a slight blur. Could you not use the calculation for frame rate speed against that, along with the time it took for the shock wave to hit Hughie? Just wanted to throw that out there, incase you hadn't tried it already.
