Also if you pay attention to that court room scene, where ever she looked, their heads blew up. She purposely blew up that speedster's head so A train could get back into the 7 since there isn't another speedster, and she had to keep her appearance up so she had to pretend to be scared.

German here: "Krauts" just means Germans. It's a mean nickname given by english-speaking contries (US, GB). It comes from the German word 'Sauerkraut' which is a type of food (eaten for example with sausages mostly in Southern Germany, Bavaria and such). It's funny how they get so obsessed with some assumption they made several episodes ago and despite everything pointing elsewhere they refuse to let it go. And no, Hughie never saw Cindy or what she's capable of, neither did Butcher. In any case their powers are clearly different, Cindy displays telekinesis as she blows doors away and crumples metal and it's with that power that she again pressures and crumples the orderly's bodies into imploding. Neuman's power, from what is shown, seems to only affect organic matter, flesh and bone, and doesn't look to work like telekinesis but rather as if whatever body part she looks at explodes. On the matter of powers, again, Starlight's power, Stormfront's power and Crimson Countess' powers are all incredibly different, just because all of them produce some light effect it does not make them in any way similar. There's some superhero "illiteracy" here that is preventing them from picking up these nuances and it is noticeable in other interpretations and commentary they've made but it's understandable and it's also one of the things that makes it engaging, seeing how they learn the tropes and nuances of these kinds of stories.

"Kraut" is slang for German people. It's a reference to sauerkraut, which is in a lot of German foods and most closely associated with them. I wouldn't put it in the same class as other racial slurs, but it's usually used in a derogatory way. "Rooski (roux-ski)" is another old slang for Russians that was fairly common too. That's just an english-fied spelling for the Russian word for Russian though. People who say one, usually say the other as well. Remnants of the world wars and the Cold War.

Kraut is a term used a lot in WW2 (possibly WW1 as well though I am less familiar) to describe Germans not necessarily Nazis as not all Germans were Nazis.
