I liked Lighthouse best. The music and ad-libs were giving me Arabian Nights. For a second there I thought you were singing along to actual ad-libs for Lipgloss, they sounded that good. Imagine what those ad-libs could've done for the song... 😊

for me the case with tbz's summer eps is that I come to like them after some time, for example I loved Merry bad ending but was disappointed with the rest of the album to end up with liking all the songs after their concert. Btw we still have two comebacks left so I'm curious what each one of them will bring to us

So Sangyeon for me doesn’t have that brattyness that seems to be so common in K-pop idols. Maybe because he had a hard time coming into his upbringing and debut.

I'd been anticipating this comeback only to end up feeling meh. Overall grade I'd give the entire EP is 4.5/10. And that's pretty much what I'd give each of the songs too. After the awesomeness that were Roar and Delicious, I'd hoped to see them continue growing and/or experimenting with their music. Like, yeah, this is a summer album, but something is definitely coming across (to me at least) as somewhat monotonous. You mentioned how "Lip Gloss" has a strong retail music vibe and I couldn't agree more. 😐 Sangyeon continues to be FIN, so my frustration abt the title track was lessened whenever he appeared onscreeb, heheh

i disagree. me as a big fan of kpop and a multi stanner i'm not a big fan of listening to an album but when it comes to twice and the boyz i'm always excited to listen and see what their album going to be. And as a big fan of the boyz discography, i can say that theirs are the best like they're the only one boy group that i listen to their whole album. their b-sides are just that masterpiece and for this comeback i'll give it 9.8/10 it was fun and upbeat and i'm scared that they ate the whole kpop industry given that they not even that popular compared to others.

Yeahh like i mentioned in the reaction I feel like summer concepts always get more simple/basic production choices which is kinda frustrating but we still have more parts to come which I hope we'll enjoy more.

@@juyo344 That's super fair! I'm a B/Deobi, so yeah, I'm deffo aware of how good TBZ's discography is, heheh. They're one of those groups who can do dark/intense AND light/fun concepts really well. Heck, just a few months ago they dropped "Delicious" which was pretty and vibrant! Sadly, I didn't click with this comeback, but I'm most deffo looking forward to the next 2. :D

@@Koko3op The way I'm 🤞🏽🤞🏽🤞🏽that I'll groove with the next two comebacks. One thing I've considered since I posted my earlier comment is that it's /possible/ that the songs in this EP will sound way better/have more interesting arrangements and ad libs when TBZ perform them live.
