Not sure Brad would have won even had he had been able to get a push from Briscoe at the end.. I think the timing would had him between the wall and Blaney when Cindric was pushing Blaney up into the wall. I think Brad would have gotten collected in that crash.

I liked him being aggressive with pushing. The one thing that would have helped him too not wreck as many cars was maybe not push them aggressively through the transition from corner to straight and not on the right side of the rear bumper. That's were his biggest issue was in the draft.

you will come to find that most nascar fans have little knowledge of racing. they are the epitome of "armchair expert". it makes me embarrassed to be a fan but as a driver myself his moves make sense. welcome to the next gen. these cars are a wild card and i know just how rounded bumpers take pushes. i wont blame him but its something these guys havent really seen. for context i am a champ kart racer who has ran a bit of asphalt, and the chassis i run used a rounded rear bumper. damn thing took shoves like shit until we built our own squared one. and yes, those karts had a draft like you wouldnt believe. also, the same ones crying over brad praise dale sr lol

People see what they want to see the very reason the rookie in the 2 car won is because the 12 was pushing just like Brad was doing to the rookie in the 21 but didn’t hang on. This same aggression was consistent throughout the race. Blind hate is the speech of fools. Pushing has always been. Rookies at the front isn’t common at all.
