1) Plants are non- heme source of iron, which is NOT bio available. 2) the 80% zinc insufficiency claim is way off. Just be careful when you get mega doses of zinc, it's well documented in research papers to cause reactive copper deficiency. See case reports on supplementation & even denture adhesive. I love his info still, and am growing as much of my own organic produce at home as possible!

I eat kale but kale IS HIGHLY OVERATED (poor bioavailability!). Try some beef liver and egg yolks!
