This short introductory presentation is meant to equip psychotherapists with a basic understanding of how the brain’s process of memory reconsolidation operates and how it can be engaged in therapy to produce decisive, liberating change. A case example vividly shows the real-life use of the concepts.
Following the talk, questions from the online audience are read by host Robert Hilliker, Chief Clinical Officer of Ethos Behavioral Health Group, who responds to the talk by telling Bruce, “Your mastery of this is so evident. You’ve been able to take something so complex and explain it so succinctly, and I just think that your contributions to our field are profound and important.”
