To be honest, I genuinely think that more animation software should be made like the Flipnote Studio series. Like, something with a lot of potential if you know how to use the more advanced tools, but so simple a child could pick it up and learn the basics just by playing around with it. In my hunt for an animation software I was happy with, the closest I got to something I was happy with (as most I came across was incredibly difficult for me to understand despite being aimed at beginners) was a clone of Flipnote Studio made by a fan for PC. Its only downfall, even then, was the inability to make subtle adjustments by selecting an area

You don't actually need a drawing tablet either, there's good apps for phones where you can use a stylis or your finger and actually see what you're drawing, I recommend autodesk sketchbook for android and procreate for apple

I wish l could make streaming while l use it, but for flipnote what is good is to put the professional mode on the options and animate mostly on Layer A then adding the colors with other layers :) Animate simple shapes to see how pacing and motions works ^^ and have fun !
