Breakfast Club…Body Dysmorphia isn’t reserved for people who take ozempic, get surgery, etc. Many people who have worked hard without supplements have it. People who have been thin their whole life can have it. It can also go multiple ways like muscular people thinking they’re small. It’s almost equivalent to imposter syndrome.

@@AnyThngButOrdinaryAs someone who lost weight and got fit the right back when these “quick fixes” didn’t exist, I can say doing it the wrong or right way can cause dysmorphia. Ask people in the fitness world… ask people who have been small all their life but still feel overweight or inadequate. So yes, that can cause it but there are so many people who have the experiences outside of that. Being fit doesn’t make you happy 24/7. It helps but it’s not a “quick fix” for mental health either.
