Interesting fact. The bassist couldn't remember the chords and messed up the intro during the recording. It sounded cool so they left it in. Iconic, as you say. :)

Kim has never been a great singer . She is a really good all around musician but I wouldn’t say she’s ever been a really good singer . As far as looks go…the Deal sisters are either pushing 60 or 60..with a long history of drug and alcohol abuse . So I think they look good all things considering .

A friend of mine was the Deal sister's landlord. They rented a house in El Sereno which is a small suburb in Los Angeles. It's funny how one imagines how famous musicians live. For them the modest dwelling says a lot about the industry. You lucky if you break even.
