Regarding Bubblegum: I graduated highschool in IL in 97 and moved downtown to Chicago that year. I clearly remembered scoring bubblegum out in the suburbs of Chicago before 97. It was just Bubblegum by name. Not Indiana or Illinois. It was the first time I smelled weed that I thought was sprayed with something artificial. It literally smelled like it was packed in mounds of the pink Big League Chew. Absolutel dead ringer for it. At the time, I couldn't understand how a plant could smell like that. There's lots of candy terp profiles these days but nothing identical to that I've found since.

I've had a fascination with the Bubblegum cultivar ever since running into a buddy i hadn't seen in a few years on my 18th birthday, and he gave me a nug. It was beautiful, frosty, and definitely had a sweetish smell to it. No matter how it came to be, thank you, Adam, for putting in the work and bringing us this amazing strain, as well as many others! For segment #3 I have a question? !!! Please tell the story behind "Pink Panties" cultivar. I have ran the T.H. Seeds Wy Ki-Ki - a couple packs worth and it is by far one of my all time favorites! Amazing everything! Checks all of my personal boxes! Would love to learn more about the story behind it. Has it been blended into any other treats? Is Pink Panties ever going to be available in seed form? Would love to get more of them, some sources say "discontinued", I sincerely hope this is not true! Thanks for sharing your time! TH seeds didn't create pink panties. Sherbinski made it, and it is a clone only. Any seedlines would be an S1 or hybrids.

you mention ravi domina and shiva shanti all from SENSEI all the seeds from them were never consistent then my mate sold them a huge amount of Afghan seeds he brought back from Afghanistan they were rubbish plants good for hash but terrible bud I got silver haze from them only to find out it came from Nevil that was the only keeper I finally found you in 93 and immediately noticed the US genetics I think all the red hair was back in those days pistil colour was how they determined ripeness

When I started growing 100 years ago I selected 3 strains. One was Citral. The dutch version was just ungodly. It smelled like these yellow things in the public restroom, the ones you pee on. In the same first grow was Skunk #1. But even with two filters, you could only smell Citral. Even from another city. I assume if you put a plant like this outdoors, animals will flee. I still have the advanced hydroponic pots, the pump is still working. After only 22 years.

In the US, those bathroom urinal pads are usually blue..... but I'm sure they smell the same. I would loved to have tried your citral.

@@ChadWestport it was like pure citrus acid for the nose. Since no one ever left my home not blazed, it would have been more than a honor to share with you. A bit later I went to Maastrich, driven by my dad. I got some clones from the lady in the smartshop. And of course mushrooms, way too strong. For such a trip for breakfast as first mushroom try. After an endless journey through time and several dimensions I brought back what no one had seen in Germany before: I actually had White Widow. Even the German seedbank owner got a clone because the lady was too unreal for that time. Needless to say you would have left with a free clone and respectably high, sir!

Good old Cali Orangebud (well, that's what it was called in my neck of the woods)! Very fond memories. The nugs were always like perfect little orange strawberries. Beautiful bright green bracts just covered in orange fuzzy hairs, and it always burnt nice and slow. Not particularly frosty, but it was always a perfect daytime smoke for me. Never any burnout at the tail-end of the buzz.

@@denniskirsch7354 Yes a much underrated forgotten legend that actually is probably responsible for pioneering the early classics i bet some Cali O genes can be found in most of todays mega strain base back then it was around b4 Sk No1 and Northern Lights and most of what we call the vintage breeds I think Tangie is the peak pheno but that took years to arrive Just Love that OJ taste

Dunn and I could never hang out. I have much respect for his weed, and all he's done but when you come up with a marketing scheme that does everything you want, gets you the price you set, and you sell out in 5 minutes you should be happy about that, and not grudging someone else for having a scheme. He's too self-centered. But I grow his seeds. I'd just never be smoking it with him and hanging out LOL

The SkunkXXX triple skunk cross you did is/was great! It wasn't skunk but it was skunky, and it had beautiful uniform pinecones everywhere.
