@@pj1343 that's the thing too, I've never liked the term "content creator", it's on par with "influencer" for me, it doesn't really mean anything to me. They're just terms people have used to normalize using KZbin, Twitch, Instagram, etc. as means of income. I've always just preferred calling them what they do most, is that just me?

@@sebastianesquivel5011 while i understand where you're coming from, i have to disagree. i see alienmyth as anyone else who makes videos on youtube: a content creator. most people need to understand that a content creator isn't always about the likes, subs, view counts, sponsorships, or anything else when it comes to monetization. i know that's become the norm for many people who make youtube videos these days, but that does not apply to everyone. my point is, i've always seen the term "content creator" as simply creators who make content for us viewers to enjoy. if anything, the term "sellout" is a better way to describe those that do nothing but get sponsorships and money for making content. this is why i see alienmyth as a content creator just like anybody else on this platform. i never see him as a sellout, of course. just someone who enjoys creating content for all of us to enjoy as well. again, that's just my perspective/opinion. not saying yours was any wrong either. just thought it'd be okay to shed some of my mind about this.
